Bali Blue Single Origin - Torréfaction moyenne à foncée

The volcanic soil really comes through in the cup—there's a deep, earthy richness that I haven't found in other single origins. Brewed it as a pour-over this morning and the medium-dark roast gave it a smooth, almost smoky finish that lasted nicely.

This is my third bag and the Kintamani highlands altitude definitely shows—the body is rich but there's this clean, almost sweet finish that makes it perfect for my morning pour-over. It brews up smooth with zero bitterness, even when I let it sit too long in the carafe.
